Constructed on the site of one of the most important country estates in Murcia, Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort conserves all the majesty and charm of places full of history.

The vast expanse of land, low construction density and extensive gardens are the first things that strike you, giving you an incomparable sensation of freedom and well-being, It all comes together around a late 19th Century, colonial-style country house which will become the town center. (Completion expected early 2009).

The house will be recreated as it existed in 19th century, with gardens of the area´s native plants, which intertwine with the rays of sunlight that shine over this wonderful land of Murcia. Its strategic layout, the avenues flanked by varied vegetation, the logical distribution of an endless number of services and the security systems are other elements that have been designed respecting the spirit of the original construction. Everything at the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort has been designed so that you can experience the romanticism of the past whilst enjoying the comforts of the future.

Life at Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort will be full of conveniences to make your day-to-day activities much easier. It will soon feature, a community centre with coffee-shops, wine bars and restaurants, a fitness centre, beauty salon, sauna, steam baths, laundry facilities, pharmacy,surgery, travel agency, car hire, Kiosks with international newspapers, Sports complex with a fitness centre, Commercial centre with a bank and cashpoint.

Currently the town centre is under construction, completion expected early 2010. However provisional services have been made available and are listed below. There is also a free bus service for you to enjoy further facilities at La Torre Golf Resort approximately 10 minutes away or visit one of the many wonderful beaches approximately 20 minutes away.
