IMPORTANT:- Before making a payment please make sure you have contacted us and received confirmation of apartment availability and price.

How to book the apartment.

1 - Check the availability using the availability calendar.
2 - Contact us with the dates required and the necessary contact details.
3 - We will confirm as soon as possible the dates and price. (Deposit payable within 1 week of confirmation to secure booking)
4 - You pay the £100.00 deposit. (Refundable at the end of your holiday subject to no breakages or damage)
5 - Four weeks before your arrival date You pay the full price for the dates booked.
6 - Two weeks after your departure from the apartment, subject to no breakages or damage you receive the £100.00 refundable deposit. (see example below)

Note:- €55.00 is payable on the resort for cleaning and laundry following your stay.

Optional:-

• Additional cleaning can be arranged if required.
• A resort meet and greet service is also available for €15.00

All online payments are made using PayPal, we do not receive any personal or payment card details other than information you have supplied via the 'Contact Us' page.

Payment Example:-

Deposit = £100.00
1 Weeks mid summer = £250.00
Total payable = £350.00
Deposit refunded = -£100.00
Apartment rental cost = £300.00

Additional charge €55.00 (payable on the resort for cleaning and laundry)
