The apartment is on the ground floor and will sleep 6 people comfortably, it reflects a modest architectural style that takes into consideration the traditional Spanish design.

Lounge/Dining Room

The dining/living room is open plan with patio doors which open onto the terrace. The room is fully airconditioned, well lit and spacious, ideal for relaxing and dining with family or friends.

The living area includes a TV, DVD player, coffee table, 2 seater bed settee and 2 arm chairs.The dinning room has an extending dining table and 6 chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen has everything you need so you can entertain in style. There is a spacious fridge freezer, oven, electric hob and extractor, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, sink with draining board, ample work top and plenty of storage space.

The Kitchen has enough crockery and cutlery for 12 place settings. Dish cloths and tea towels are also included.

Bedrooms

There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment. The master room contains a double bed and 2 bedside tables. The second bedroom contains twin beds. Both rooms have independant air conditioning they are light and airy and ideal for an afternoon siesta.

Both rooms have fitted wardrobes. If an additional bed is required the sofa in the living room folds out into a double bed meaning the apartment will comfortably sleep up to 6 people.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a low flush toilet, bidet, modern basin, bath with shower attachment and a heated towel rail. Bath and Hand towels are provided. Please provide your own beach towels.

Terrace/Garden and Pool Area

The terrace area is large and surrounded by a small grass lawn. It looks right out onto the 4th fairway and is situated close to ancient olive trees. Patio table/chairs and sun loungers are provided. The terrance enjoys full sun throughout the afternoon until sun set so is Ideal for sun bathing and evening barbecues.
